NOTD: Galaxy Nails

Hey lovelies, how are you all?
Lately I've been quite bored of only painting my nails with one shade and thought I haven't attempted any nail art in a while. While I was procrastinating I decided to make an attempt at galaxy nails. It's no where near as good as nail gurus but I am quite satisfied with the results.

My photos don't do any justice to how pretty they look in person as it doesn't capture the holographic glitters that looking like twinkling stars in the light. To create this look, I used the following polishes:

Essence - My Sparkling Acrobat (only the black)
OPI - I have a Herring Problem
Nicole by OPI - Prized Possession Purple
Sportsgirl - Cobalt

China Glaze - Fairy Dust

Sportsgirl - Fruit Salad

Adding glitter made a huge difference in creating the galaxy look. I fished out the large hexes in Fruit Salad and placed them randomly for the illusion of larger stars and added a coat of Fairy Dust for the tiny stars.

Have you tried galaxy nails before?

If you want to learn how to create this look, I created a tutorial here! :D
